Who We Are

What we are.
What we believe in.

An identity where values, talent and vision come together to shape a culture of excellence.

Our story

It all begins with a vision. What we make of it becomes a legacy.

Since 2004 we have been writing a story made of passion, of people, and of a constant desire to go further.

Liliana Vilas Boas turned her passion for dance into a purpose: to create a place where teaching also meant inspiring, where growing meant going beyond technique, and where every dancer could discover just how far they are able to go.

And so Flash Li Dance School was born.

What began as a personal dream became, over the years, a shared story. It grew with every student, with every teacher who left their mark, with every family who trusted us, and with all those who chose to walk alongside us.

Between classrooms and great stages, challenges and achievements, we built more than a school: an identity of our own, a community that binds us, and a sense of belonging that spans generations.

Today we look with pride at everything we have built — but it is the future that keeps inspiring us.

Because Flash Li was born of a dream, but it was made of people.
And our story is still being written, every day.

The evolution of the Flash Li Dance School logo: five emblems growing from left to right, from the smallest and palest to the largest and in full colour, beneath a rising arrow.

Our values

The principles that define us. The commitment that makes us grow.

Because Flash Li Dance School is not just a place where you learn to dance.

It is where passion finds purpose, talent is transformed, and excellence becomes a path.

Excellence

Always raising the bar.

We seek excellence in every detail, through demanding, rigorous training that is always evolving and geared towards the highest standards of technical and artistic quality.

Progress

Turning potential into achievement.

We believe in work, discipline and determination as the engines of growth. We challenge every dancer to discover their potential, go beyond their limits and continually seek their best version.

Identity

Training dancers. Inspiring people.

We value the individuality, creativity and expression of every student, offering training that develops not only technical and artistic skills, but also confidence, independence and character.

Togetherness

Growing individually. Achieving together.

We nurture respect, sharing, commitment and team spirit, building a real sense of belonging where every path is valued and every achievement means even more when it is shared.
